Curiosity is essential when fostering cross-cultural competence because it allows a person to think rationally and innovatively when facing challenges and developing solutions. We have to become curious about what we don't know. Pro-Inclusional Leadership™ provides the necessary tools to query on a deeper level and be comfortable with ambiguity when faced with a decision through enhanced curiosity.

COURAGE: Influencing & Negotiating. When there is more courage and less fear in cross-cultural relations, those involved are more likely to work harder towards positive resolution, deal better with change, and speak up more willingly about important issues - activating your power, passion, and purpose with potency.

CONNECTION: Inter-Personal Skills. Our ability to objectively see, compassionately feel, and accurately hear others. It is about more than just getting along with others; our human nature craves authentic connections with others. Unfortunately, our deeply entrenched cross-cultural biases, differing political, social, and religious views all hinder our ability to form deep and authentic connections both inter-culturally and intra-culturally.

CLARITY: Emotional Literacy. Clarity improves one's ability to execute, pivot courageously, and move in the world with confidence, especially when dealing with cross-cultural issues. To lead and respond with belief in the intrinsic importance of what you are trying to accomplish, clarity is imperative. We will give you tools to move yourself and others from chaos to clarity as a vital leadership function.

CREATIVITY: Innovation. Creativity allows us to not only think and imagine 'outside of the box', but without the box at all. Unfortunately, there is a prevailing belief that creativity is an inborn trait that cannot be cultivated - either you are creative, or you're not. Few people understand that they can learn to be more creative, opening up limitless possibilities.
