Approach
Consistent with research on adult learning, we believe that the best learning outcomes result when participants engage holistically with program content.  Our Pro-Inclusional Leadership™ Training program incorporates experiential learning techniques, including opportunities to reflect on and apply learnings to the real-life challenges facing participants within our global society.

Participants
This training is designed for leaders and people managers on all levels in every sector who seek to improve their inclusion capability while supporting others.

Delivery
Our Pro-Inclusional Leadership™ Training framework is scaffolded, and the order is intentional and designed to yield positive results. The modules will be delivered LIVE through virtual sessions format.  To drive accountability and embed learnings, we offer additional support through our Earth Purpose Community and our Pro-Inclusional Leadership™ private group cohort.
