Our T.R.U.T.H.™ Cohorts offer processes that are designed to specifically address our cultural differences, our individual and collective cellular memories, and than provide tools to help participants gain a foothold in their struggles to understand the ways that racism, unconscious bias, privilege, and prejudice operate in their minds.  We know that we can’t heal people, nor can we force enlightenment.  But what we can do is set up the conditions where cohort participants can safely do their inner transformational work – accessing both their human and spiritual consciousness.
