Pro-Inclusional Leadership™ is a unique training program that goes above and beyond standard diversity, equity, and inclusion courses, and helps you to become a champion of cultural agility, and a strategic thinker when it comes to inclusion.
To assist in truly bridging the racially-charged divide between ethnicities and cultures that is prevalent in our society, we need Pro-Inclusional Leadership™ in our workplaces and Cultural Healing Advocates™ in our families and communities. In both of these learning tracks, candidates will gain the necessary tools, tactics, and techniques to "REACH - IN™" with Resiliency, Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, and Humility with Innovation & Nimbleness™ of mind and heart.
