What is the Cultural Agility Strategist™ Certification Training?

The Certified Cultural Agility Strategist™ Training is a program that provides the core competencies to shift consciousness within an organization by providing program candidates with best practices and leading-edge thinking through a "Pro-Inclusionalist" perspective.

This certification program is constructed to deliver a set of business skills and best practices that will empower you to lead your organization's future cultural agility needs.  Our program accomplishes this goal by developing key skills that Cultural Agility Strategists™ need to influence and support negatively biased behaviors, systems, and beliefs into a more cohesive and collaborative way of thinking and being in the world. 

Who is this Certification Training For?

Certified Cultural Agility Strategist™ (CCAS) Training candidates come from a variety of cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds.  Many are currently working as Senior Level Leadership, DEI and HR executives within organizations.  Others are subject matter experts in a particular field who aspire to become Cultural Agility Strategists™ (i.e. Educators).  Still, others work as external consultants and wish to better understand and support their clients.  Each of these backgrounds bring special areas of expertise to their organizations, communities, and professions.  Because CCASs come from diverse backgrounds, there are no specific prerequisites for earning the credential.
