We provide a plethora of workshops, seminars and events in beautiful Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We offer  a sacred space where you can know yourself as: whole, complete and empowered – an embodied, spiritually awakened being.  We celebrate the body’s wisdom by fostering authentic, passionate, purposeful and compassionate living in the world.  We honor all spiritual paths and invite each person to trust the process of his or her own life.
