We are searching for understanding that runs deeper than our societal constraints. What our hearts are truly desiring is "Soul" Justice and not just "Social" Justice.
It is especially difficult to lead others through complex cultural issues when you lack the necessary tools and practices to keep yourself and the group emotionally safe and productive.
