There are deep social fissures around issues of race, culture, ethnicity, religious beliefs, and more that we seek to help heal through our spiritual interconnectedness programs, cohorts and other initiatives. Many individuals face issues of discrimination, misunderstanding, fear, and division in relating across difference. This prevents the formation of authentic connections and perpetuates harm. On a broader scale, communities grapple with legacies of injustice, lack of equitable opportunity, and reconciliation around historical wrongs. Society as a whole suffers from a deficit of intercultural competency, empathy, and universal respect for human dignity. This fuels prejudice conflict, and policies that do not support the common good. |
