What Is a Huddle?

A Huddle is a group of Spiritual Doulas who embark on the journey together, growing side by side.  Under the direct guidance of Niambi, they support one another, learning as a collective while deepening their emotional and spiritual bonds.  These close-knit Huddles create a space for shared growth and reflection, holding space for and with each other throughout the entire process.

But a Huddle isn't a "clique" - it's a small, connected unit within the larger community.  There will be plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, and practice with Spiritual Doulas from other Huddles, expanding your support and broadening your learning experience.

What is the Chrysalis Coaching / Spiritual Doula Process?

To honor and uplift both individual and collective voices, our Chrysalis Coaching Process includes eight virtual sessions (2.5 hours each) and two immersive, full-day in-person sessions.  This blend of online and face-to-face gatherings creates a rich, supportive environment for growth and transformation.

But the journey doesn't stop there!  As a Huddle participant, you'll have 24/7 access to our private online group space (not on Facebook), where the learning continues between sessions.  Inside this exclusive community, you'll find recorded content, valuable resources, and the ongoing connection with fellow participants to deepen your experience.

This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from Niambi, a dynamic facilitator whose "behind-the-scenes" magic has been sought after countless times.  With her full roster of coaching clients, it's clear the world needs more skilled facilitators who can guide others through transformation.

Niambi believes in quality over quantity, which is why she's inviting a select group of heart centered individuals to join her in this intimate Huddle experience.  This offering will be available only twice a year with a limited number of participants to ensure deep, personalized learning and connection.

Virtual: Six Dates TBD.  (times are typically 7-9:30pm EST).   If you miss a virtual session or sessions, they will be recorded in our resource library and can only be viewed by Huddle members. 

In-person (immersive weekend tentative date):  *TBD.    In Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  (food and lodging are included) *Date may shift due to availability of the Huddle members.  Tuition does not include travel to-and-from Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Hi, I'm Niambi Jaha-Echols!

My maternal grandmother and maternal great-grandmother were both midwives in rural Alabama.  Honoring my roots, I have spent the past 30 yearts being a Spiritual Midwife and Doula to individuals and organizations as they learn how to "birth" their authentically courageous selves.
