What Is a Cohort?

A Healing Alchemist Cohort is a group of individuals who start our process together, and continue journeying together, learning with each other, supporting one another and deepening their emotional and spiritual bonds.  Because our collective cultural healing work is layered and complex, once a Cohort is established, those Cohort participants will work together to deepen trust, holding space for and with each other.

But a Cohort isn't a "clique" - it's a small, connected unit within the larger community.  There will be plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, and practice with Cross-Cultural Healing Alchemists from other Cohorts, expanding your support and broadening your learning experience.

What is the Cross-Cultural Healing Alchemist Cohort Process?

To honor and uplift both individual and collective voices, Our Healing Alchemist Cohort Process includes three  immersive, full-day in-person sessions over the course of three consecutive months.  These face-to-face gatherings create a rich, supportive environment for growth and transformation.

But the journey doesn't stop there!  As a Cohort participant, you'll have 24/7 access to our private online group space (not on Facebook), where the learning continues between sessions.  Inside this exclusive community, you'll find recorded content, valuable resources, and the ongoing connection with fellow participants to deepen your experience.

Hi, I'm Niambi!

I am a heart-centered alchemist.  A loving liberator.  My focus is not social justice but rather uplifting the collective consciousness through individual healing and alignment - soul justice.

Through my spiritually grounded perspective, I help participants in my programs transform and heal to higher levels of unity consciousness by lovingly addressing ancestral challenges, unconscious biases, and divisive mindsets.  Our oneness creates our diversity and intention is the energy of the soul.
